Declaration

Landowners self-register a claim via the mobile app — geo-tagged, photographed, and added to a structured database of unregistered parcels.

Dispatch & Survey

Verified claims are dispatched to licensed surveyors on the platform. Field teams capture boundaries on a tablet-based GIS app with neighbour witness sign-off.

Finance & Approve

A microfinance partner funds the survey cost. Government registry reviews the file. Community objection period prevents elite capture.

Title & Repay

The title is formally issued — held as collateral until the loan is repaid. The landowner now has a bankable asset; the lender has a secured portfolio.

Uganda — 500 parcels, end-to-end, in 6 months.

Our first pilot, anchored on VASTPOINT's SLAAC delivery in Uganda, demonstrates the full Land-as-a-Service model on a single urban district — with one microfinance partner, a network of licensed surveyors, and direct government engagement.

The pilot is structured to absorb downside risk for the lender (10–16% effective LTV) and produce the proof points needed to scale to thousands of parcels under our Seed round.
